Wildcat Workshops - After School 2012-2013


The Monthly Schedule form needs to be completed EACH MONTH for the days your child will attend the Wildcat Workshops. This participation schedule will be sent directly to the Wildcat Workshop staff.  Please calculate charges and send tuition within 5 days of enrolling your child each month unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Printable Wildcat Workshop forms and Handbook: The enrollment and medical release forms need to be filled out before your child(ren) can enroll and participate in the Wildcat Workshops.  These forms will only need to be filled out annually.  Please print, sign and send these forms to school with your child(ren).  The optional Bus Registration form is included.
